Our origins

Our history in fintech goes back more than 25 years as part of Infocorp, a larger organization known for its omnichannel digital platform and providing technology services to over 200 financial institutions in 16 countries, including big names like Santander and Scotiabank. To make omnichannel marketing campaigns that boost loyalty and share of wallet available to banks and credit unions of all sizes, Prisma Campaigns spun off in 2017.

Today, with teams based out of Miami and Montevideo, we serve forward-thinking customers in multiple geographies and foster a culture of innovation and partnership within the financial institution ecosystem.

Our founders

Felipe Gil, CEO

Throughout his 25+ year career, Felipe Gil has worked at leading tech companies including Ideasoft, Microsoft and Infocorp. In his various roles, he has had his hand in many aspects of running a successful software business—from programming, project management, product management, consulting, marketing, business development, operations, and more.

Felipe’s diverse skillset and experience have well-positioned him in his role as Co-Founder and CEO of Prisma Campaigns—a spin-off of Infocorp, which, under his leadership, entered the competitive US market from Latin America.

He is passionate about building software products and working closely with customers to understand what they need. He believes in having an intricate knowledge of the inner workings of the technology and, more importantly, how it can be applied to practical scenarios to help solve real customers’ pain points.

Guillermo Winkler, CTO

Guillermo Winkler is a software engineer with more than two decades of experience growing and leading teams. He has shipped solutions around the globe and been involved in such influential projects as leading the team that designed, built and shipped the seed-2-pos software solution for the state-regulated commercialization of cannabis in Uruguay and designing and developing the 911 solution for the city of Xalapa, Mexico.

In his previous role at Infocorp, Winkler helped bootstrap a company-inside-a-company startup, from idea, team building, development and customer acquisition to a successful spin-off. Today, that company is Prisma Campaigns, where Winkler functions as Co-Founder and CTO. In his role, he oversees the product team of software engineers, where they work towards their mission of helping banks and credit unions sell more and sell better through great technology.
